It isn’t.
Excocal Vending is just me. Richard Griffiths. I run a small fleet of machines so I can provide a personal service to my customers.
My machines are filled (usually by me) with what the users actually want. Recognisable, popular brands of snacks, confectionary and refreshment. For apartment block clients, toiletries and other essentials can be added to the inventory.
It’s that simple. No fuss. Just good, solid, personal service.
It’s also worth noting that machines are free of charge to the venue. I have tech back-up from one of the big, local players, too – so any rare, technical issues can be resolved promptly.
And, I don’t play golf. So I’m always on the end of the phone should you need to praise, complain – or order an additional machine.
